2. Ordering from Rimhasi

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent to production.
  • Production Time: Our production process takes approximately 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order.
  • After production is completed, the product will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping to most locations.
  • Shipping Time: Orders typically take 15 to 17 business days to arrive after production is completed.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any possible delays caused by customs or local carriers.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Product Availability

🔹 Stock and Inventory

Our products are made to order using the Print on Demand (POD) model, which means we produce items based on customer orders rather than holding large amounts of stock.

  • If a product you ordered is unavailable due to material or production issues, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
  • Since our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, placement of design, and size may occur — this is a natural part of the production process and not considered a defect.

4. Intellectual Property and License
