At Rimhasi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read our Return and Refund Policy to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
✅ Eligible Items:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Products received with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- Incorrect Orders: Items that differ from your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
- Non-Custom Items: Unused, non-personalized products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for any reason.
❌ Non-Eligible Items:
Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
Custom/personalized items unless defective or incorrect.
Used, washed, or customer-damaged products.
2. Return and Exchange Window
All requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
✅ The 30-day period starts from the day the order shows as “Delivered” in the tracking system.
✅ After 30 days, you forfeit the right to return or exchange the item.

✅ If the product is damaged in transit and you can provide proof of damage, you may request a return even after the 30-day window (case-by-case approval).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If your item meets the eligibility requirements, please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

🔹 Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Include the completed Return Authorization Form in the package.
- Affix the shipping label so that the barcode is clearly visible.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Costs
✅ If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
✅ If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong order details, incorrect size selected), the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
🔺 New Condition Added:
✅ If the product is defective or misprinted, we will cover the return shipping cost even after 30 days (subject to approval).
✅ If the customer prefers to exchange the product for a different size or color, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Approved Refunds:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
- The refund will cover the value of the product; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
❌ Denied Refunds:
We reserve the right to reject refund claims if:
- The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- The product is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day window.

6. Exchanges
✅ If you request an exchange for a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
✅ Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or a replacement of equal value.

✅ Exchanges for different sizes or colors are only allowed if the product is in stock and unworn.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
✅ If you haven’t received a refund within the expected processing time, please:

- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
✅ If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage.
- Email the photos and order details to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Domestic reshipping fee: $7 per item
- International reshipping fee: $10 per item
10. Returned to Sender
Packages returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed package
- Customs refusal
➡️ will require additional shipping fees if you wish to have the package reshipped.
11. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Items
Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
12. Cancellations
Custom Orders: Cancel within 1 hour of purchase if production hasn’t started.
Non-Custom Orders: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund
