SHIPPING POLICY

At Rimhasi, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please carefully read the shipping policy below to understand the details about our shipping process, including carriers, estimated delivery times, fees, and other important terms.


1. Shipping Carriers

Rimhasi partners with trusted carriers to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our shipping partners include but are not limited to:

  • USPS
  • Yun Express
  • Yanwen Express
  • SDH Express

🚚 Carrier Selection

  • The carrier used for your shipment is determined based on your delivery location and the type of product being shipped.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers.
  • Our goal is to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition.

🌍 Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

While we are responsible for processing and shipping your order on time, delays caused by:

  • Holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any issues and protect your rights as a customer.


2. Business Days

A business day refers to any day except:

  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • Federal holidays
  • Days when banks are closed due to legal or governmental actions

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


3. Processing Time

Orders typically require 3 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. Processing time includes:

✅ Product creation (printing and customization)
✅ Quality checks
✅ Packaging

Please note that complex custom orders may take additional time to process.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery date refers to the expected date you should receive your order. All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier, with a typical delivery timeframe of 12 to 17 business days after the order is processed and shipped.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as:

  • Holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs delays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In some cases, deliveries may arrive earlier or later than the estimated timeframe. We will keep you updated and provide a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.


5. Shipping Fees

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be announced on our website or through email. Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items unless otherwise stated.


6. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping to most locations. However, we cannot ship to the following addresses:
❌ APO/FPO addresses
❌ PO Boxes
❌ Military addresses

Please provide a physical address when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, your order may be delayed or canceled.


7. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link to monitor the delivery status

You can check the delivery status at any time using the tracking link provided.


8. Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately.
  • We will investigate the issue with the carrier.
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping your order at no additional cost.

Exceptions:

  • If the package is shown as delivered but not received, we may request additional information such as confirming the shipping address or contacting the local post office.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at the time of order.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees:
    • $7 per item for U.S. addresses
    • $10 per item for international addresses
  • If the package is not returned to us and is marked as delivered, the customer will need to place a new order.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping.

10. Returned to Sender

Packages may be returned to us under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to pay customs fees (for international orders)
  • Package left unclaimed

If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.


11. Delivered but Not Received

In rare cases where the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  • Please check around your property, including:
    • Back porch
    • Mailbox
    • Front door
    • Neighbors’ houses (in case of mistaken delivery)
  • Contact the courier directly for additional details.
  • If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us for further assistance.

12. Damaged or Defective Products

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

📩 To file a claim:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
  2. Email the photo along with your order number to [email protected].
  3. We will evaluate the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

13. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned to us or destroyed.
